You agree to indemnify Uniclass Wizard against claims arising from your use, reliance on classifications, or violations of these terms.

Data, privacy, and availability

We collect search queries, IP-derived location, user agent, timestamps, and voluntary feedback to improve the Service. We do not sell or rent data. Data may be processed by third-party analytics strictly for service improvement. Search logs may be retained; IPs may be anonymized over time. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages; we are not liable for resulting losses.

Intellectual property: Uniclass 2015 belongs to NBS. Uniclass Wizard code, embeddings, synonym mappings, and design are proprietary. Governing law: England and Wales. Changes to terms take effect upon posting.
